Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to all lessons and courses booked with Passing With Us.
General Conduct
Students are expected to behave in a polite and respectful manner at all times. Aggressive, abusive or threatening behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of the lesson, with no refund.
Course Materials
All course materials, notes and resources provided remain the property of Passing With Us and are for personal student use only. They may not be reproduced or shared without written consent.
Driving Licence and Eyesight
Students must hold a valid UK provisional or full driving licence and bring it to every lesson. By law you must be able to read a number plate from 20 metres. If you cannot, the lesson cannot proceed and standard charges apply.
Safety, Comfort and Wellbeing
Your safety is our priority. Please wear suitable footwear and dress appropriately for driving. If you are unwell, tired or otherwise unfit to drive, contact us before your lesson so it can be rearranged.
Driving Under the Influence
Students must never attend a lesson under the influence of alcohol, drugs or any medication that may impair driving ability. The lesson will be cancelled immediately and charged in full.
Lesson Postponement
Lessons may be rearranged with at least 48 hours' notice at no charge. Cancellations made with less notice will be charged in full as the slot cannot be re-booked.
Punctuality
Please be ready at your chosen pick-up location at the agreed time. Lessons will end at the originally scheduled time regardless of late starts caused by the student.
Payments
Single lessons are paid at the start of the lesson by cash or bank transfer. Block bookings and courses must be paid in full in advance to secure the booking.
The Driving Test
When using the school car for your practical test you must arrive at least one hour before the test slot to settle in. If you fail to attend or are unfit to drive on the day, the cost of the lesson and any test fee paid will not be refunded.

Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
